Call-out fee
The mobile service carries a call-out fee: from €25 in South Tenerife and from €35 in North Tenerife and Santa Cruz. The price varies depending on distance and traffic.
Some repairs require a workshop
Certain complex faults or those requiring specialised tools cannot be done on-site. In these cases the technician collects the scooter, repairs it at our workshop, and returns it to you.

How much does it cost to repair an electric scooter?+
Diagnosis is always free. The price depends on the fault: from €15 for a flat tyre up to €120 for high-capacity batteries. We always give you a quote before starting.
Which areas of Tenerife do you cover?+
We cover the entire island: from Santa Cruz to Adeje, Los Cristianos, Puerto de la Cruz and all municipalities. Not sure? Write to us on WhatsApp.
How long does a repair take?+
We respond in under 2 hours. Most repairs are done on-site in 30–90 minutes. Complex cases (PCB, battery) may require a follow-up visit.
Which brands do you repair?+
We repair Xiaomi, Ninebot, Segway, Cecotec Bongo, Smartgyro, Dualtron and most brands on the market.
Do you offer a warranty on repairs?+
Yes — 3-month warranty on parts and labour for all repairs. Note: inner tubes and tyres are wear items and are not covered by warranty.
Do I need to send you my scooter?+
No. We are a mobile service — the technician comes to you. At home, at work, at your hotel or apartment.
For a flat tyre, do you need any info beforehand?+
Yes: the scooter's brand and model, the tyre size (written on the side, e.g. 10x2.5), and a photo of the affected wheel. That way we arrive with the correct parts the first time.
Do you speak English?+
Yes! We cover the whole island of Tenerife. Contact us on WhatsApp in English and we'll respond in your language. We come to your location — hotel, apartment, or anywhere on the island.
